Are you a Mechanical, Chemical or Management Engineer<\/strong> with little or no experience? Are you fluent in English<\/strong>, internationally mobile and eager to learn? <\/p>\n\n\n\n Smart Industry wants you!!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n We are looking for 2 Engineers for an innovative and exciting Talent Pool Program<\/strong>. After receiving a cross-functional training in basic research, product & processes, quality and after visiting\/working in some European Plants (located in Spain, Germany and Poland).<\/p>\n\n\n\n These 2 figures will join the Process Team of their plant with the opportunity to further grow and develop a career within one of these areas: Engineering, Process, Quality and R&D Plant Satellite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Main tasks:<\/strong> \u00b7 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Supporting manufacturing processes<\/strong>; \u00b7 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Monitoring modifications and upgrades; \u00b7 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Assisting the introduction of new products and raw materials<\/strong>; \u00b7 <\/p>\n\n\n\n Working with wider team to ensure timely resolution of all process\/production issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n This position functions as a liaison between research & development, production, manufacturing engineering and quality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Engineers \u2013 Mechanical\/Chemical\/Management (Technical Background); <\/p>\n\n\n\n Little or no experience; <\/p>\n\n\n\n International mobility; <\/p>\n\n\n\n Fluent English (C1 level); <\/p>\n\n\n\n Ability to work in cross-functional teams, goal orientation, proactivity, adaptability and learning agility.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n You will work with a leading provider of advanced energy storage solutions for the automotive and industrial markets.
