We are looking for 2 Engineers for an innovative and exciting Talent Pool Program. After receiving a cross-functional training in basic research, product & processes, quality and after visiting/working in some European Plants (located in Spain, Germany and Poland).
These 2 figures will join the Process Team of their plant with the opportunity to further grow and develop a career within one of these areas: Engineering, Process, Quality and R&D Plant Satellite.
Main tasks: ·
Supporting manufacturing processes; ·
Monitoring modifications and upgrades; ·
Assisting the introduction of new products and raw materials; ·
Working with wider team to ensure timely resolution of all process/production issues.
This position functions as a liaison between research & development, production, manufacturing engineering and quality.
Requirements:
Engineers – Mechanical/Chemical/Management (Technical Background);
Little or no experience;
International mobility;
Fluent English (C1 level);
Ability to work in cross-functional teams, goal orientation, proactivity, adaptability and learning agility.
